The ancient cut-out cards

Cut paper is a very ancient folk art, over a thousand years old, the exact origin of which remains a mystery, given the perishable nature of the paper itself.

Furthermore, this art was considered as minor by the writers, and nothing has been done to preserve and preserve it.

In the municipal library there is an exhibition of cut-out papers as well as the sections "Topics" and "Postcards from China" which  deepen, through texts and images, various themes concerning this distant and fascinating land.
